Association

The Harford Park Community Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that has existed for development of the general welfare for the Harford Park neighborhood continuously since October 5, 1939.

HPCA meetings provide a forum for residents to discuss issues with the appropriate decision makers and agencies. Residents and associates are welcome to attend meetings to ask questions, raise issues, and show support for our community. Together we can make a difference in our community and keep it a great place to live, shop, and raise a family.

Come to Our Next General Meeting:

Join your neighbors at the next general meeting of the Harford Park Community Association on Thursday, November 7th, at 7:00 p.m. at the HPCA Community Building, 2522 Linwood Rd.

We will receive a crime update from Officer Goorevitz of Baltimore County Police and a city crime update from Mike Hilliard of Harbel. There will be a presentation from Ron Parker: “How to Insure and Protect You and Your Family from Economic Crisis”. Annual elections for board members will also be held this evening. Light refreshments will be served.

By the way, you don’t have to commit to becoming a board member to help your community association! HPCA is looking for people to help with our website, social media, membership and other activities. No board membership required!
