Reading of the Minutes:

Call to order 7:04.

Old Bus.:
Ofr. Jason - Burglary trend area, extra officers, stolen cars, burglary on Glencoe, lots of shed burglaries beware of people selling alarm systems.
Mike H. Harbel - Shed burglares
House in Park Drive with high grass, citations have been issued, no improvement.

New Bus.:
Open house fair is Jun 28, games, tables, etc.
No treasury report.
No sick & welfare (Maxine was sick).
Adjourned Frita, 2nd Maxine.

Special projects fund: 2210 COP grant used by Wayne for lights, signs, etc.

21.25 Partial freezer contract -- could have bought a new freezer in the four years.

Harford Park bowling league has been canceled due to lack of interest.
Needed a minimum of 16 people

Shrimp feast coming on 21st
10 tickets sold at this point
People missing sold 45 tickets last year
Have phone calls out, waiting to hear back

Ravens Basket raffle even if no shrimp feast
Tickets are $1

Atlantic City bus trip, tickets are $33, 10/11

Beef and Bingo 10/26 selling tickets,
$8 dinner, with basket prizes, $5-$13,
children under 12 are $2 -- for meal?

If we don't have 30 people its not worth the effort
50 is half what we had in the past

Thinks need 50

Final decision:
Need 40 committed by 9/15
No-go on events continues it will be a slippery slope of income loss

Key to husband car hidden in console, took the car
City police got them that day or the next day 7/5, arrested.
Alleged thief resides at Erdman and Sinclair

Gloria: 9/20 COP meeting and training of new people 9-11am

We have grass cutting volunteers to end of the month, could use a few more for October/November.
Any ideas for new fundraisers please let him know.

Gloria S.:
Hosted a jewelery party at home for B&B party. Will sponsor one again in Feb or Mar will have carry-overs at that B&B as well.
Flea market stuff upstairs, Gloria go up on Sat or Sun from 8-2am. Does anyone want to chair and try to get it to work?

Building usage:
This time of year drops way off.
Big push from April to June for weddings and graduations.
Holiday and occasional birthday.
Look for 2x per month rentals, would have its own concerns of supplies and everything working.
