Support the HPCA Furnace Project…

The Harford Park Community Building was built in 1944 and is one of a limited number of community association buildings in the Baltimore area. It is home to all our neighborhood activities, as well as a home schooling coop and a Girl Scout troop. In order to continue having neighborhood events and allow other neighborhood uses, the furnace/AC system must be replaced. The current system is almost 30 years old and has had some problems in recent years; a new system would fix those issues and save the association money on gas and electric, which could be put to better use in our community. We are getting proposals now and estimate that the project will cost at least $10,000.
